Shipment Terms
All orders will be shipped prepaid and add by BD-MFG’s carrier of choice unless dealer specifies shipping third party. Shipping prices quoted are estimates and may vary from special charges incurred due to consignee, additional charges are the responsibility of the dealer.
LTL Shipment – Will ship via dealer’s specified carrier with all freight charges inclusive of any additional charges resulting from expanded services requested by the dealer billed third party. Routing instructions must be clearly indicated on purchase order with no subsequent shipping changes recognized if submitted within 3 day prior to shipment in support of BD-MFG freight scheduling efforts.
Van/Truckload Shipments – BD-MFG will provide the dealer with a truckload freight estimate within a formal quote. All quotes will be valid for 30 days, dealers must request for a revised quote after original quote expires. BD-MFG will ship via dealer’s specified carrier with all freight charges inclusive of any additional charges resulting from expanded services as requested by the dealer billed third party. Routing instructions must be clearly designated on the purchase order no subsequent shipping changes recognized if submitted within 3 days prior to shipment of an order which is ready for shipment, the order will be shipped to a dealer provided storage facility or will be stored by BD-MFG with the dealer responsible for storage cost.
Warranty Details
10 Year Limited Warranty
BD-MFG warrants that its laminate furniture, bookcases, base cabinets, tall storage, lockers, desks, tables, library shelving, steel frames and legs, moveable parts (ie: casters, glides, hinges, etc.) shall be free of substantial defects in original material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of delivery. This warranty is subject to limitations and exclusions listed below.
5 Year Limited Warranty
BD-MFG warrants that all pneumatic bases and flip mechanism bases are free of substantial defects in original material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of delivery. This warranty is subject to limitations and exclusions listed below.
1 Year Limited Warranty
BD-MFG warrants that all electrical components and dry erase markerboard surfaces are free of substantial defects in original material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty is subject to limitations and exclusions listed below.
